For more than half my life, I didn’t fully understand the connection between my lifestyle and health issues. My journey plant-based low-tox living didn’t happen overnight but after overcoming my own health challenges I was inspired learn more. This kick-started years of study in plant-based nutritional therapy, iridology and herbal medicine, and hundreds of hours counseling patients through their transformation to optimum health.

Now, I’m making it my life’s mission to help you discover and excel on your own journey to plant-based, low-tox living.
