Hi! I’m Lorna, your plant-based health coach.

My own journey to plant-based eating was fueled by both my weight loss goals as well as family illnesses. It kickstarted five years of study in plant-based nutritional therapy, iridology, living foods, and herbology -- and hundreds of hours counseling patients through transformations via diet, alone. Now, I’m making it my life’s mission to help others discover and excel on their own journey to more mindful nutrition.
