Apple Cinnamon Energy Bites

Makes 6

Ingredients
1 apple, roughly chopped

2 TB rolled oats

3 large semi-dried dates (33g)

1TB whole almonds (10g)

2 TB ground flaxseed

1 TB chia seeds

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

 

To Make

Place the apple in a mini food processor along with the oats, dates, almonds, flaxseed, chia seeds and ground cinnamon.


Blitz well, stopping and scraping down the sides of the processor after every few pulses, then use a teaspoon to form 6 little balls.

Store covered in the fridge or freezer and if you think you may want more, double up the recipe.
