3 limes, juice only
2 tsp maple syrup
¾ tsp poppy seeds
Peel and chop the banana and place in a mini food processor. Blitz well, adding in the fresh lime juice and maple syrup halfway.
Fold in the poppy seeds and combine well. Portion the mixture into pop moulds / ice lolly moulds* and place in the freezer for several hours, preferably overnight.
As per the moulds instructions, simply run hot water on the outside for 45 seconds and the frozen lolly can be removed and enjoyed!
* Pop moulds / ice lolly moulds are widely available. If you prefer not to go out and purchase them, simply freeze the mixture in a suitable container and portion as you would using an ice-cream scoop.
