Wild Orange & Apple Energy Bites

Makes 6

1 apple, roughly chopped

2 TB rolled oats

3 large semi-dried dates (33g)

1TB whole almonds (10g)

2 TB ground flaxseed

1 TB chia seeds

2 drops doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil


To Make

Place the apple in a mini food processor along with the oats, dates, almonds, flaxseed and chia seeds .

Add essential oil.

Blitz well, stopping and scraping down the sides of the processor after every few pulses, then use a teaspoon to form 6 little balls.

Store covered in the fridge or freezer and if you think you may want more, double up the recipe.
